In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, you agree that the personal data provided at the time of making your reservation will be incorporated into a file owned by Hotel Comarruga Platja, hereinafter "the company", with registered office at Avenida Palfuriana 115, 43880 Comarruga (Tarragona). These data will be used to manage the reservation system, process your request, monitor and manage the relationship with the users of the website who make reservations, as well as to carry out statistical studies on registered users, in order to improve the services offered. All fields marked as mandatory in the forms must be completed so that we can correctly process your request. You expressly agree that the bank details you provide us will be used to deal with possible penalties for cancellations or no-shows, as indicated in the rate conditions. VERACITY OF THE DATA
You will be responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. PRICES
The prices indicated include VAT and are specified per night according to the type of room and board selected. Other services not specified, such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry, minibar, or parking, are not included.

It is the traveler's responsibility to carry their personal documentation, including passport or ID, in accordance with current legislation. In the event of not complying with the entry requirements for a country, the hotel will not assume any responsibility.
